  • Q: What is the quality of your art prints?
    A: All of our prints are "giclee prints." Images are generated from high resolution digital scans and printed with archival quality inks - will last without appreciable fading for as much as 80 years - onto high quality archival paper. The giclee printing process provides better color accuracy than other means of reproduction.

  • Q: What type of paper are posters printed on?
    A: All of our posters are printed on acid-free art stock which will not yellow with age. Posters are printed on heavy coated gallery book stock with fade resistant inks.

  • Q: What is a laminated poster?
    A: It's an art paper poster sealed in a clear-poly film for protection against dirt and humidity. The surface is washable and the paper is protected from wrinkling and tearing.

  • Q: What are my options for framed products?
    A: Posters are framed in Appalachian Oak, flat black or rich gold anodized metal frames with a non-glare Plexiglas front and hanging device. Current frame choices for botanical prints are rosewood or gold. Fish and shellfish prints are currently available only in oak frames. We often have other options available on a limited basis, so feel free to contact us if you have a specific request.

  • Q: Do you have a secure server?
    A: Yes, we offer secure on-line shopping. After selecting products to purchase, you will be transferred to our secure server to complete your order.

  • Q: How can I pay for my order?
    A:We accept the following online payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you don't wish to order online, print our order form, include your check or credit card information, and mail it to:

    You may also fax the order form to 541-485-0061 or call toll-free within in the US 800-929-1151 to place your order over the phone. Calls placed from outside the US should be directed to 541-485-5631. Orders placed by phone or fax must be charged to a credit or debit card. We do not bill or ship COD.

  • Q: Are your products guaranteed? What is your return policy?
    A: Absolutely. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days. However, to be eligible for a refund or exchange, returns must be received by us in re-saleable condition, so please pack carefully. Send items to be returned to:

  • Q: How is my order shipped and when can I expect it?
    A: Orders are usually processed within two working days of when we receive them. We ship via US Mail. Free shipping orders are sent via USPS 1st class Mail or USPS Parcel Post. Delivery times vary. Expect USA orders within a week to 10 days.

    USPS Priority and Express Mail, UPS, and FedEx shipping are available for an extra charge. Contact us about your special delivery needs; we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Q: Do you ship outside the US?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. However, shipping charges listed and free shipping offers apply to US destinations only. International shipping charges vary from country to country and are calculated individually for each order.
